Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends, market shifts, and societal indicators to identify opportunities and risks for 2026+
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscapes, providing actionable recommendations on future market dynamics
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, thought leaders, and innovation partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Business, or Technology (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting

- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
