Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Partner with product teams to translate future visions into scalable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong data literacy with expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
