Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product development and market positioning strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year foresight frameworks for Fortune 500
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
