Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology impact roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for emerging tech integration
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Present futurespectives at global conferences (Web Summit, CES, Davos)
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Nature, HBR, WIRED)
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on tech disruption (McKinsey, BCG, or similar)
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy projects with measurable ROI
