Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps through quantitative trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities and risks
- Produce executive-grade strategic reports on AI, biotech, and quantum computing disruptions
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using Python and advanced analytics tools
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Technical proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (peer-reviewed articles, industry journals)
