Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications on biotech convergence and sustainable infrastructure
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026's grand challenges
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and innovation catalysts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Forecasting
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking
- Published research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market advantage
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., APF)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-10 year transformation
