Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into innovation pipelines and roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to stakeholders across global markets
- Establish cross-functional futurist working groups to foster organization-wide future literacy
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
