Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making and long-term planning
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with stakeholders from 15+ countries
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier industry journals
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness across organizational units
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disruptive outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author in futures/innovation thought leadership (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with global stakeholder management across public-private sectors
