Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefings for executive leadership and board members
- Lead scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders across tech, government, and academia
- Design and validate predictive models for emerging technology adoption curves
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Represent Nexus at global forums (Davos, WEF, TED) as a futurism authority
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight reports or books
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones
- Portfolio of previous strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
