Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market paradigms impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their enterprise implications
- Design innovation pipelines integrating sustainability, ethics, and human-centered principles
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for global stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions addressing climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with design thinking and human-centered futures methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating futures-thinking projects with measurable business impact
