Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, space) to forecast market shifts and identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop integrated technology roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and global sustainability targets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into executable R&D initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futurology, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning) and trend analysis
- Deep technical fluency across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work, patents, or successful technology commercialization projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
