Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for 2030+ horizons using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Lead high-stakes client workshops to co-create future-ready business models
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and curate an innovation ecosystem across departments
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend forecasting and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
