Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business models
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term company vision and market opportunities
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state product/service development
- Present compelling futures scenarios to executive stakeholders and drive data-backed decision-making
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future concepts
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global futurism forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles within tech/consulting sectors
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, GFF) strongly preferred
