As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 executives, academic pioneers, and government agencies to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investment decisions and policy frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into operational roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports published in Future Horizons Journal (circulation 2M+)
- Design and validate predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Advance the field through peer-reviewed research and keynote presentations at Davos-level forums
- Mentor junior futurists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or policy development
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disruptive strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Published work in Journal of Futures Research or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or government agencies on long-term strategy
