Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and translate insights into strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present executive-level forecasts to stakeholders including investors and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and technology ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption (provide 3 case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainable tech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
