Your work will directly influence multi-billion dollar investments in autonomous systems, synthetic biology, and decentralized networks.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in aerospace, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Conduct deep-dive research on metamaterials, neuromorphic chips, and fusion energy
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives at partner organizations
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and probabilistic forecasting
- Author whitepapers on ethical implications of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in quantitative trend analysis using machine learning tools
- Published research on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Strong network with academic labs (MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
