Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market evolutions
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings for Fortune 500 partners
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present trend analyses at industry conferences and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and establish research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies or megatrends
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Strong network with futurist communities (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
