Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational roadmaps with future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings to global stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on long-term growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
