Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable narratives
- Architect innovation roadmaps prioritizing investments in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-oriented thinking
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Establish KPIs to track strategic foresight implementation and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Demonstrated success influencing organizational strategy through future-oriented insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps for complex systems
