Your insights will directly shape multi-billion dollar investment decisions and organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive market forces through 2026+
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks, scenario plans, and trend impact assessments for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate high-stakes innovation workshops with C-level executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a proprietary intelligence network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and scenario simulation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to boards of directors and investor committees with compelling narrative visualization
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous evolution of foresight methodologies within the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies that generated measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI governance, quantum computing, bio-convergence, or climate resilience
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights across technological, social, and economic dimensions
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering executive briefings to C-suite audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
