Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain comprehensive scenario-planning models for organizational resilience

- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in corporate environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses or frameworks
