Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps and innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities with scenario modeling experience
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
