Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate societal shifts and industry disruptions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at global forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
