Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futuristic strategies into corporate vision
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging tech (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Design and execute innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Strong network with VCs, research labs, and government innovation bodies
