Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive trends
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives
- Author white papers on future workforce and market transformations
- Manage cross-functional teams executing strategic innovation pilots
- Present insights at industry conferences and thought leadership events
- Build proprietary forecasting models using advanced analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author on emerging technology or future trends
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of converting foresight into commercial innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
