Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce visionary white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum computing, etc.)
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent company at global forums on technology ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech journals
- Proven track record of converting foresight into commercial ventures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
