Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation summits
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-trend insights into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership platforms
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
