- Develop and maintain the company's strategic innovation roadmap with 5-year predictive modeling
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify innovation ROI through market simulation and competitive scenario planning
- Champion experimental projects that validate future-facing concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into coherent narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable innovation or technology publications
- Strong data visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
