Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Produce executive-level trend reports on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Design and manage horizon scanning frameworks for exponential technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic risk assessment
