Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test business models against future uncertainties
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry-leading journals and conferences
- Design and prototype innovation labs that accelerate adoption of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynotes and whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating work on 2026+ strategic roadmaps or innovation frameworks
