- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Author influential thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global conferences
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-critical solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional written communication skills with published work in futurism or technology
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
