Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Author annual 'Future Forward' trend reports with 5-year predictive models
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Present foresight insights at global industry summits and conferences
- Maintain proprietary trend database with AI-powered analytics
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and trend analysis
- Experience with emerging tech: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation strategies implemented at scale
