Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational positioning
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder dialogues to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Establish metrics for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity across the organization
- Pioneer research methodologies for anticipating disruptive business models and market disruptions
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and shape industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology convergence mapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation strategy preferred
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions and change management initiatives
