Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and technological trajectories
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to translate foresight insights into strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and champion a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
