Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and their impact on industries by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future preparedness
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for C-suite stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
