Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal disruptions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Build quantitative and qualitative models to forecast market evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or sustainability futures preferred
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
