Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop and present innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with executive stakeholders to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation ecosystem
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, global tech hubs)
