Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to forecast industry transformations through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present visionary insights to executive boards through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications that position Horizon as the definitive voice on future readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/white papers on technological disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices
