Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, climate, geopolitics, and social dynamics to inform 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain the corporate innovation framework, including R&D priorities and emerging technology adoption roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into product development lifecycles
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Produce thought leadership content including trend reports, scenario planning documents, and white papers
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies and recommend resource allocation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains (articles, reports, books)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP Analysis)
