Responsibilities
- Forecast 5-10 year technology trends through quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop scenario roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Lead innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D initiatives
- Author white papers and briefings for Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing strategies
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Present at Davos, TED, and MIT Future Conferences as company ambassador
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary Horizon Scanning methodology
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Sociology
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100/500 experience
- Published research in Nature Futures or Journal of Futures Studies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Futurice)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
