Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks translating foresight into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to align on future-focused priorities
- Author forward-looking reports and scenario analyses for internal and external audiences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive cross-functional projects incubating next-generation solutions with measurable impact
- Mentor junior strategists and champion a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with proven impact in tech/industries
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or published foresight work
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Startup or corporate innovation experience scaling future-focused initiatives
