Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year impact projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and scenario-planning documents
- Advose leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-facing strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience with scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
