Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop and maintain future scenario models using AI-powered trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations on emerging opportunities
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of external experts, startups, and academic partners
- Champion organizational adoption of foresight methodologies and agile innovation frameworks
- Oversee the creation of annual Future State reports for key industry verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing external stakeholder networks
