Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and disruption assessments for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and futurist networks to amplify research capabilities
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and probabilistic forecasting
- Champion organizational foresight literacy through training programs and thought leadership initiatives
- Advise product development teams on emerging technologies and their societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Experience with predictive modeling tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, R)
- Track record of influencing corporate strategy through future-focused recommendations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
