Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Published work on emerging technologies or long-term trend analysis
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
