Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Blueprint through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including generative AI and neurotech
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynote speeches, and industry panels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive transformation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Mastery of scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and Delphi methodology
