Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations, industry reports)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through data-driven modeling and forecasting
- Advose on organizational readiness for paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/reports on future trends and innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex organizational transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
