Responsibilities

- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise product development teams on emerging technology integration timelines
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology foresight, strategy consulting, or R&D innovation
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry trend reports
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodology
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience with futures modeling tools and data visualization platforms
