Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Produce visionary white papers and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or sustainability domains
- Experience with AI-driven predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
