Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision incorporating emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Create predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for market disruption analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for long-term strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain an external foresight network with academic, industry, and government partners
- Mentor junior strategists and futurists to develop next-generation capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization proficiency
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
